DO YOU REPLENISH PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK ?


The products with the indication Out of “stock” are products that are going to be replenish but without a new arrival date.

ARE THE IMAGES RELIABLE?

All the images in the website try to reflect the product accurately. There can be small variations in colour caused by the different screen calibrations.

Natural materials can show some characteristics not appreciable in the pictures; like a texture or wood seams; likewise we have available manually manufactured pieces so we can achieve an irregular look or antique finish , which the state depends of the previous use; as a result  there is no two pieces totally the same.

This variations are not defects or tare. On the contrary they are part of the beauty and the exclusivity of the product.

HOW DO I RECEIVE UPDATES AND OFFERS ?

By completing our registry for professionals, it will be automatically on our database that we use for the periodic shipment of our newspaper part of our newsletter with information about updates, offers and discounts in entrances in fairs.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ?

When the return is because of a defect, we have to handle it like an incidence according to the section “ How to buy “. In this case, the shipment fee does not have to be paid by the client

When the return is generated by a change of opinion by the client, it should be notified within 15 working days since you received the order and returned with the original packaging and all its contents (Instructions, assembly accessories … ). All shipment fees generated by the return will have to be paid by the client.
