Francisco Segarra´s furniture on the set of MasterChef 4

When something is relevant and counts with the approval and satisfaction in general is natural that it goes forward, MasterChef turns on the grills again, the new format made it stick in the retina of the audience.

Francisco Segarra collaborated with the fourth edition of the talent show to find the best amateur chef and it  that comes to Channel 1 (Television Española); produced by Shine Iberia, responsible company that generates original content and makes local successful adaptations of their international and national catalogue.

Learn, compete and work hard in the kitchen, all forms part of the unique experience, that the 15 participants of Masterchef will live, selected between 20,000 applicants, with the same desire, to achieve a dream, turn in professional chef, training by the hand of the best chefs of Spain, that will shared with them the best tricks.

Master Chef 4 counts with new kitchens where the participants prepare their best creations for the most demanding diners, cooking in the most adverse condition, with the time running against them and a strict jury composed by Pepe Rodriguez, Jordi Cruz y Samantha Vallejo-Nagera.

ULIA LOUREIRO ISHI-KAWA de Shine Iberia , the artistic direction of the set and author of the project with new spaces, will recreate in this edition, a fresh restaurant, in accordance with a creative and natural kitchen.

That’s why the importance to incorporate new natural and ecologic materials.

A space with reference to the interior patios, cheerful and colourful; where an amazing fish lamp made totally of natural wood made by hand, they turn in a central piece.

The chairs and lamps in natural rattan, or forge all worked in a traditional form, given by Francisco Segarra, they adapt to the demands of the eco design of the scene.

The space counts with a great number of fs decorative objects and a recuperated collection furniture. Pieces that have overcome eviction and find their place in the most actual decoration. pantries and sideboards marked by the pass of time that ULIA selected meticulously.

In the walls big stained glass and beautiful geometric textures, in original tiles with architectonic reference that gives tribute to Portugal and their patrimony on facades with ceramics.

A unique work, to the standards of MasterChef. Congratulations to the whole team !

Mastechf 4 had a great premiere audience with an audience of 2.722.000 spectators, (15,5%), the culinary talent counted with peaks of more than 7,4 millions and the most viewed minute was close to the end t 24:45 hrs, it united 3.1630.000 followers (24,5%), it was also a trending topic in twitter during its emission with 43,464 tweets published by 11,040 authors, this makes up a total audience of 429,879 people that read these tweets, with almost 7 million impacted.
