Christina Clements et Jean Luc Madja, owners of this carnivore’s kingdom business, selected one of the oldest bakery in Montepellier to do their project.
A complete commercial remodeling that presented certain difficulties, above all the demolition of the bakery oven that used to take big part of the space.
Under its magnificent vaults, the place preserves features from the past. Aged walls, old rocks, wood beams… A commercial interior reform with enchanting details that fit perfectly with the vintage and industrial style.

The commercial interior design of the place counts with different zones; terrace, tapas, dining room and the bar, in here you cant really taste the meat, anytime and in every corner of the commercial space. A clearly studied design and propitious to favour the gastronomic experience.
