Interior design project of Los Soprano restaurant, Gavá Bcn
Los Soprano Restaurant is located in one of the headings of the Salvador plaza LLuch, around the old Lluch tower. One of the most emblematic buildings in Gavá Barcelona.
This Italian pizza restaurant, made by the architect Pedro Scattarella, is organized in two floors. In the lowest floor, dominating the whole access we find the open kitchen also elevated to reinforce the idea of ¨Show cooking¨. The pizza maker is dominating the whole venue, like a stage, contemplating the whole floor. The bar changes forms according to its uses, (Bar, waiter door and table to eat) accompanied by the morphology of the restaurant.
Los Soprano is themed in the port warehouses from New York, you can guess this idea in the access zone until the high floor where you can see a complete merchandise port with 4 real size containers that dominates the whole area.
The auxiliary contract furniture are boxes to transport merchandise, industrial bells are used for the illumination.
One of the containers is a VIP room, it controls the double levels, this room is a private old kitchen that brings memories of the beginning of the past century, here the chef offers private dishes and cooking classes.
Finally, the double height in the corner of the building makes the main space, the bar that takes a round shape looking for the center of the area, the spider style lamp ( manufactured from old desk lamps) they unite both floors in a vertical way.
Oscar Manresa, in charge of the restaurant profits, being a partner and co-owner of Grupo Costa that manages some of the best restaurants in Barcelona.
He made numerous kitchen courses, because his first will was to be a chef in one of his own venues, that is why he also studied management, from his education he values the importance closeness with the clients.
He has many projects linked to hospitality. Part of the furniture is from our vintage and industrial style furniture appropriate for this striking decoration.
The Budi chairs in color red, black and silver are located in the bottom of the place, while the Blinck and Babel chairs combine perfectly with the rest of the FS furniture. In the luminaires section we can see the style of Lutter, Linse, Dixon and Marion. Is important to highlight the creativity if Pedro Scattarella that turned with the table lamps… giant, giont and giunt in an amazing spider style lamp.
Other pieces of industrial furniture that we find in this contract project is the container library, La Nomandie in yellow color and the Le garaje table.
Francisco Segarra and all his team congratulate them in this excellent interior design contract project.
